How do I change our QM Coordinator?

Please use the form on this page to add or remove a QM Coordinator (QMC) or a Lead QMC (for those with a System subscription).

Remember that the QM Coordinator should complete the QM training for this role. S/he can sign up through MyQM. After logging in, select "Workshop - Register" in the left navigation menu and select "Register for QMC Training".

The QMC's general responsibilities are:

  • To act as the liaison between Quality Matters and the organization
  • To carry out day-to-day responsibilities for championing and implementing the QM system within the organization

If you need to designate a separate contact for billing matters, please enter the person's name and email in the Billing Point of Contact section on the form. Always feel free to contact Membership Services with questions.
